Frustration With People Who Feel Threatened With The Truth. Dance Of Anger

Self Actualized People Often Feel Frustration With People Who Might Act Irresponsibly.  Others Often Feel Threatened With The Truth.

Self defense mechanisms can run very strong in people.  Instead of learning one's mistakes people often react by lashing out.  This can cause the dance of anger, particularly when the person who feels wronged expresses their feelings. This can escalate tension into a "dance of anger".

Perhaps people will listen better when feeling less threatened.  With less dance of anger, people may hear better.

When other people are unethical. Is self righteousness holding back ones personal growth?

Does feeling self righteous inhibit our inner peace? While some people may be unjustified in their actions towards others, is feeling self righteous about this going to make the self righteous person any happier?

In some ways, self righteous feelings can be an outcome of our frustration with others. Perhaps the more ethical person might consider accepting other's bad behaviors on some level.  Yet they might not let this acceptance mean in any way they agree with bad behavior.

Is The Need To Be Busy A Type Of Materialism?

Taking Time Out For Inner Peace

Is The Need To Be Busy A Type of Materialism? Find Inner Peace By Transcending Distractions.

People Can Keep Themselves Busy To Avoid Experiencing Deeper Feelings. Discover Inner Peace By Transcending Busyiness

Busyness keeps us from being present to the moment.

Avoiding Boredom: Deeper awareness can come when we let go of business.  Business distracts from deeper reality.

Busyness: Over indulgence in activity can take us away from our inner spirit. More “actions” keeps us from staying in tune with our higher nature. Business won’t necessarily get you any faster towards higher consciousness.

Is Busyiness Materialism? The need to be involved in “trendy activities” or visit “trendy places” can be a type of materialism in a broader sense. People can obsess about shopping as a distraction.  Shutting out the busy world outside can help. Nature is a great place to escape today’s busyiness materialism.

Activity Can Be Avoidance: When life sustenance issues are handled, busyness can be a way to avoid pain.  Instead consider centering yourself in the moment.
• In a Zen like way, first recognize an attraction you may have towards a need to “do something”.
• Step back. Let go of an unnecessary need to keep yourself distracted.
• Center within yourself
• Tap into the feelings of infinity. Transform into expansive states of mind. Connecting with this infinity can sometimes feel magical and more rewarding that superficial busyness.
